How to order?

1. Click "Contact us" or Message us on our Page.

For deliveries in Oriental Mindoro, we also accept phone orders. Please call (043) 738 5498 or 0915 745 1416 to place an order via the phone.

How will I know if my order is confirmed and ready for processing?

After the order is completed, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your order number. For orders with payments of bank deposit/transfer, and GCash, the proof of payment must be sent to our email at jessa@jjdebouquet.com or kier@jjdebouquet.com
before the delivery and you will receive an email confirmation regarding your order. 

Can I place an order via phone or chat?

We need all orders placed on our website at jessa@jjdebouquet.com or kier@jjdebouquet.com
but we can assist you via chat or phone call.

Do you have a delivery?

We accept deliveries within Oriental Mindoro. Delivery fee is depends upon of our courier.

Can I pick-up my order in your store/office?

Unfortunately, we don't accept office pick-ups but we can arrange the delivery of your order at your preferred location anywhere within Calapan City Proper, and in some areas in Calapan City.


Do you accept advance orders?

Yes. You can order now for future dates (up to 1 year in advance)

Where is your store location?

We are an online flower shop so we don't have a physical store but you can view and order our products on our website.

We are open to serve your concerns from Monday-Friday (9AM-8PM) and Saturday & Sunday (9AM-6PM).

How to pay?

Payment FIRST Policy:

We accept payments made via bank transfer, GCash, cash pick-up from sender. For payments done through bank transfer, GCash, cash pick-up from sender please email the proof of payment to jessa@jjdebouquet.com or kier@jjdebouquet.com. Check out our Payment Method page for more info.

What is cash pick-up from sender?

If you choose cash pick-up from sender as the mode of payment, we will first pick-up the cash from the sender and then deliver the order to the recipient.

Can you customize an order?

We do customized arrangements.

What are your delivery time slots?

We deliver at the following time slots: 

8 AM - 1 PM (9 AM cutoff) 
1 PM - 5 PM (12 NN cutoff) 
5 PM - 8 PM (4 PM cutoff) 
Anytime (5 PM cutoff) 

Can you make the sender anonymous?

Yes, we don't disclose the details of the sender unless his or her name is included on the message for the card.

How can I make changes in my orders?

To make changes with the delivery address or your personal message, kindly send us an email at jessa@jjdebouquet.com or kier@jjdebouquet.com. call us at (043) 738 5498 or reach us via Facebook chat at https://www.facebook.com/jjdebouquet025. Please note that we can only accept changes three (3) hours before the delivery.

Can we make the delivery into a surprise?

Yes, we will only call the recipient if our rider can't find him/her and we won't disclose that the delivery are flowers to keep it as a surprise.

Can you deliver at a specific time?

As we do our deliveries by batches, we can't deliver at a specific time however, we can deliver it within the time range stated on your order.

Can we change the message on the cake?

We cannot customize the message on the cake as it is delivered to us by our supplier with a standard message.
